The EFF plans to take Police Minister Beke Cele to court over allegations of trying to interfere with the suspension of Crime Intelligence boss, Lieutenant General Peter Jacobs.
The court overturned Jacobs attempts to have his suspension set aside while an investigation takes place into PPE fraud. The EFF believe that Cele had tried to interfere with the process and have stated that they plan on taking legal action.
